A number of young girls visit the church on Holy Thursday and remain in front of the altar for about an hour in Adoration.
On Good Friday mostly everybody goes to the church and recites the stations of the cross with the priest, and a lecture is given on that night in the town churches.
Holy Satuday is the last day of devotions. On that morning the priest blesses the Easter Water, and the Baptismal Font, and lights the Paschal Fire. When the priest is finished the people takes the holy water home.
When Easter Sunday morning arrives some people get up on that morning to see the sun dancing. It is said that the angels are heard singing in the clouds. It is a custom to eat eggs on that day,(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)- Bailitheoir
