- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)stone, for a pain in the ear and likewise an "eye stone" to cure sore eyes. These is a pattern held here on the 15th of August and people go there and get cured of all manner of diseases. To obtain a cure, a person must visit the well three times and drink of the water and go around six little mounds around the well. It is usual to put money or medals in the well. There is reputed to be a fish in the well which legends say was once a monk. To see this fish is a sure sign of being cured.
