- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)called "Gregory's Hill". A man by the name of Gregory lived on it. "Hangman's Hill" is in Dunmaru. A man was hanged there in the Penal Times.
- My farm is situated in the parish of Drom, Co. Tipperary. The "High Field" is situated on the east of the house, and the "Sandpit Field" and the "Bog Field" are situated on the south of the house. The reason the "Well Stream" is given that name is because it flows from the well. The reason the "Bog Stream" is called that name is because it flows through the "Bog Field". The "Sandpit Hollow" is the name given to the hollow near the sandpit. "The Gortahuggle Bush" and the Fairy Bush" the reason it is called that name is because long ago theere used be fairies seen around that bush.
