    Styes.
    If a person who have styes in their eyes rub cold tea to the stye it will fall off. Another cure for styes is to rub your fasting spit to the stye until it falls off.
    Corns.
    An old cure for corns is to get a leaf of young cabbage and roast it and put it to the corn and helps to draw out the worm.
    The old people believed if there were two quernes together in a gardens and if a person got a pain in his head and they passing that garden they would die. It is said that two quernes should always be left together.
    Blood Pressure.
    Boil about half a bucket of nettles in about a half-gallon of water. Then strain the juice and bottle it, and drink two or three spoons of it every morning fasting.
    Sprained Legs or hands.
    A cure for a sprained leg or hand is to pump cold water on the affected part.
    Stomach pains.
    These are cured by putting a hot iron up to your stomach. Another cure is to get a cup of cold water and bread soda and drink it.
    Kidney trouble.
    A cure for this is the flower of the clover
