   Making butter.
   If you got a hand out of the graveyard when you are making butter and put the hand into the churn you would have double the butter.

   Graveyard.
   If you fall inside a grave-yard you should turn your coat inside out.

   Spoon.
   If you let a spoon fall, you may expect a visitor.

   Scissors.
   If you let a scissors fall, there is a surprise in store for you.

   Sod of turf.
   If a sod of turf falls off the fire you may expect a stranger.

   Moth.
   If there is a moth flying around a candle you will expect a letter.

   Your left hand.
   If your left hand is itchy, some-body is talking about you.
