  2. Our churn is about 3 ft - 4 ins high and 2 ins broad. It is about seven years old, and the name of the churn is Daisy no 4. It is a barrel churn and it can be worked by hand or foot. We churn three times in Summer and twice in Winter.
    It takes about ten minutes to churn
    There is a little glass on the lid
