    faith in this Well. The inhabitants were not at all pleased to see everyone trespassing and as well as that these people had a hatred for catholics as they themselves were protestants.
    Therefore the people of the castle closed the gates against the catholics. But that night at 12 oclock the gates opened of their own accord. From then on this Well was an object of great reverence, as it was Our Blessed Lady who wrought this miracle in favour of her people.
