- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)He loved Faughan Hill and so wrote a poem about it. He died at the age of sixty five. His poems were usually composed in English.
There was another man Tom Smith. He was a hawker going round selling things. The local people disliked this man very much, because when he would go about he would always ridicule people and make poems about them with result that he was nick named the "Badah
These poets were not good scholars. Their poems and songs were sung by the local people.
Tom the badah was buried in the Chapel Field.
