    wrote on the metal plate and they tried to read it but they couldn't because they weren't able. While they were trying to read the writing that was on the cover they saw a crowd of boys coming from school and they covered their crock of gold and when the boys came up they got one of them to read what was on the cover. This is what was on the cover "One side of the bush is as good as the other". So the road makers went to the other side of the bush and started to dig and it was not long until they found a crock of gold as good as the one which they found on the other side of the bush. The road makers became very rich with all the gold they had and they bought so much houses and cattle and land that there was a townland called after them and it was called Weshes Town.
