    Roinn Roinn Postáil
    In olden times there were very few doctors, and so the people made their own cures out of the herbs of the land.
    1. For toothache they applied garlic and chalked the wrist on the side side the tooth would be aching.
    2. For eye troubles such as a sty, they used the thorn of a gooseberry bush.
    3. For a burn or a cut, they used the common dock.
    4. For Asthma they used the herb called "Heartongue-leaf."
