    While clothing myself I say -
    "Oh my God my clothe my soul with the nuptual robe of charity grant that I may wear it pure and undefiled before thy judgement seat"

    On going to bed I say -
    "Into thy hands O Lord I commend my spirit
    Lord Jesus crucified I lie down to rest.
    Bless me O Lord and defend me,
    Preserve me, from a sudden death
    and from all dangers
    and bring me to life everlasting with thee."
