    The farmers sell their goods on the street and the shopkeepers prefer this, because they sell a lot of goods. But on the other hand it is not very good because the street is very dirty and it has to be cleaned up.
    There are also travelling shops in the fair, where people buy delph, clothes and sweets. The same refers to Carnew. Long ago a fair was held in Monaseed but no inhabitants now remembers it.
