    and is then washed three times in the churn and then it is put into a butterworker. Salt is put into it then and it is worked through the butter till it is salty enough. The butter is made into pound rolls then.
    It is sad that if a pig is killed and put in with the butter in the dairy, it will take the yield out of the butter.
