Tinkers come to our house sometimes.
The same families nearly always come year after year. The women beg for food and clothes and boots and the men beg also for food and straw and horses and asses. Some of them live in tents and others live in caravans. They always live under trees in the shelter.
The tinkers make tin cans and little tables and they go around to the houses and sell them.Saidee Greene (13)
