Ar an leathanach seo
- Tis not very long ago since there were no National schools in Ireland, or there were no great collages like now. The people had a very poor way of being educated because their best schools were only old barns.
According to tradition their was an old hedge school situated in the townland of Drumrooske. It was said to be situated beside the plantation in a little field with nothing to shelter it except the ditch. The seats used were big stones, and instead of coppies they used slates and their pencils were pieces of sharp white stones or pieces of clay pipes or anything they could write with.
The man who owned the was Hart, and the man who now owns it is also Hart(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
