Cavan - Kerry match verse 1.
    My strong point isn't poetry.
But I have got these lines to rhyme,
As to how our co. Cavan team came up on
    Top this time.
At the sounding of the whistle the ball
    Went into gear
And the very first to get it was Jim Smith
    Of killankere
    Verse 2
Brave Patsy Lynch played on the backs
    And always cool and calm
With certainty when he got the ball
He placed it with his man.
And here is to Phair and Morgan, Jack
    Smallhorn aswell
MacGovern from Virginia the boy to
    Ring the bell
