Lady returns to "Life"!
A wealthy English family who had come to Ireland and settled a few miles from here, possessed a large tract of country.
The story is told that there four daughters and one son in the family.
The girls were very handsome and were very much admired, especially on the hunting field, all being great horse women.
Isobel, the youngest, was considered the "flower of the flock" and was engaged to a wealthy English Earl. She was taken suddenly ill and attended by two doctors.
She died "inside" of a week and was buried in the family vault at Tubbrid.
That night her three sisters remained up later than usual, the father, mother and servants(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)- Bailitheoir
