A story about a Ballylooby man
Long ago there lived in Ballylooby a man named Cromleck. It is said that he was one of Cromwell's men and was very good for controlling young people.
There also lived in Ballyboy a poor widow with her only son. Now this boy was very bold and caused a great deal of trouble to his widowed mother. The woman was advised to send him to Cromleck to chastise him. She sent him and got no news of him for weeks and it caused her a great deal of anxiety.
