- The Glen Road is the road from Tunney's Cross to Curraheen.
It is so called because it runs through a glen between Shanakill and Kilbrack.
On the road there is a stone called "Cloc na gCeann" where people were beheaded long ago.
There is another stone farther on the road and people say that a priest was thrown from his horse there and killed.Bothar na bFainne is the part of the road from Rathgormack to Windgap from the Old Bhure to Terrys' Cottage.
It is so called because rings and a cross were found there once.
One night two of the Curries of Monadiha were going along the road and one of them saw a sow and a litter of bonhams but the other could see nothing.
That road is also called the Low Road because it is the lower road to Clonmel.Bóithrín an Margadh is so called because it was used long ago as a shortcut to the market in Carrick.
