- I live in the Parish of Aughanmullen East. In it there are four graveyards, namely Crossduff, Lougheagish, Carrickatee and Chapel Maoil.
Crossduff is a Protestant graveyard Long ago Catholics were buried in it as well as Protestants but now there are only buried in it the people belonging to the Church & who belong to the district
It is situated in the townland of Crossduff. It is fairly large in size and trees and shrubs grown in it. There is a Protestant Church attached to it and at present a new boundary wall has been erected around it.
There are many nice yew trees planted at it, which did much to the appearance of the Church and the Church-yard.
Lough Eagish Church is situated in the townland of Aghmakerr. There is a graveyard all around it covering about an acre of ground. There are some very nice tomb-stones in it erected by(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
