  1. There was a storm long ago that caused a lot of trouble. Many people lost their lives. There was a storm of snow and some people were coming from a fair and the could not see before them because the snow was blinding them. Some of them got home but one was got dead the next day. There were a lot of storms of wind. Houses were blowen down. The wind blew away the bricks off the chimney of our house. There were a lot of floods and a lot of the crops were lost. Hay and straw was blown away also. There were a lot of cold days when there was ice on the ground. There was a storm of snow not long ago and the children could not go to school that day or for a few days after it because they would be lost in the snow it was so high.
