- The people in our village grow a small patch of potatoes every year. The way they compair the land before setting them is, first they plough and harrow the land. Then they Sguffel it and make it into drills Then they spread stable manure in the drills and leave the slits and close them with the plough. The potatoes are moulded twice a year.
