    Nora takes out the butter.
    If a stranger comes in when one is making a churn he helps them a while, because the old people say that the butter might go. It takes us a half of an hour to make our churning. We work our hand round. You would know when the churning is made, when the butter comes up to the lid. We take out our butter with two butter spades.
    When the churning is done, we would get
