It is not right known where St. Cronan died but after his death the monks who still lived were dying away until there were only three left. Then soldiers came and captured the three monks. They brought them into the old Abbey in Ennis and there was one of the monks too old and they let him go but the other two were hanged. The other monk came back and lived in the monastery and many people went to Mass and Confession to him until he died. He also built(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
