    long. You round the tin and tack it to the sides of the board. But be careful to leave the rough side out side. When you get the potatoes and wash them clean you get a baisin you get the grater and keep rubbing the potatoes on the rough side outside and the pulp falls off the boards in to the baisin.
    So you keep grating away until you leave enough for making some cakes. Then get the a cloth like or a coarse towel and put it into it and squeeze the water out of it. Take it then and mix some flour with it.
