    It is said that at the top of Dalkey Hill there is a fairy Fort. It is said that about thirty years ago at midnight when the people were asleep they were wakened by a lot of noise. They heard screaming and shouting and when they looked out the window they saw something white running along the ground. It is also said that balls were heard bouncing and moans were also heard.
