    1 For pneumonia. Slice onions, and put them to the soles of the patients feet, and there should be an improvement in the morning.
    2 Boiled garlic is a cure for consumption.
    3 For nerve strengthening drink as much iron spring water as possible.
    4 Camomile tea is excellent for stomach trouble. It should be taken first in the morning, and when going to bed. Camomile flowers are procurable from chemists.
    Allow 1 oz of flowers to cup of hot water.
    5 Salt or paraffin are good for arts?[warts?]
    6 For na pain in the stomach, a teaspoonful of baking soda mixed with a little buttermilk or water gives relief.
    7 For warts nothing more effective than washing soda dipped in water and rubbed on for a few nights.
    8 For the Rose. A few drops of blood from a person named Mc Caul mixed with Mondays butter.
    9 Cancer. The juice of boiled red clover flowers is supposed to cure internal cancer.
