  1. Adieu: Lovely Erin I am now going
    to leave you.
May peace ever dwell in your valleys
    so green.
Where oft-times I roved by the shades
    of the evening.
With charms of love there plain to
    be seen.
Your lovely green hills and your sweet
    scented valleys.
Where the black-bird and thrush there
    together yoll see.
But I as an exile I am doomed
    for to wander.
Far over the Atlantic dear Eirn
    from thee.
There is one chrystal fountain where
    oft-times I wander.
Its charms of beauty still run
    through my mind.
It is elevated as queen of all
    others.
Adieu: Lough A Salt must I leave
    you behind.
