  1. There is a giant's bed in one of Miss Gillen's fields. In the townland of Labadish in the parish of Raymochy in County Donegal. Is is oblong in shape and is higher than the surounding ground.
    It is about a thousand years ago since the giant lived there. He threw three great stones about a quarter of a mile away from his bed.
    These stones are to be seen in a field on a neighbouring farm the property of Mr John Patterson.
    It is said that he could lift a bag of corn on his small finger and leave it on cart.
    Also he was able to lift a stone from his bed and throw it into Lough Swilly.
    The field is now cultivated
