    Roinn Roinn Postáil
    Long, long years ago, a poor man and woman lived (in) beside the Mintiaghs Lough. These two people were awful poor, and had neither food nor drink.
    One day, a "Maoil Cow" came into them. They were very pleased at this and took great care of the animal. This cow had a lot of other calves, and they were all "Maoil Cows" like herself.
    But luck had failed them. One day the "Maoil Cows" took to their heels, and away across the Mintiaghs Lough. And were never seen again. That made them poorer than before.
