  1. This story was told to me by Paddy Meehan. He lives in the townland of Garvagh. He is about fifty years of age. He told me that there was a light seen in the mountain of Garvagh. This light was seen only in the Winter time. People used to follow this light but they could never catch it. This was supposed to be someone doing penance. This light wasn't seen this long time, This light was seen for nine or ten years.
