  1. There are two old historical ruins in the school district.
    One is that of an old chapel which was built in a field that now belongs to a family named Lawless.
    A broad stone is to be seen over the drain where the entrance to the Church was. The place is about a mile from this school.
    The second ruin is that of a house in which Granuale lived. The ruins are beside the river Shiven in a field which belongs to Mrs. Mannion of Woodbrook.
