    Churning.
    Our churn is of a round shape. The chief parts in it are the handle and the dash. When churning we connect the handle and the dash. We churn twice a week in Summer and once a week in Winter.
    It takes half-an-hour to churn. Cold water is put in the churn to help to gather the butter. When the cream is broken there are small pieces of butter on the lid. In order to father the butter my mother
