    Boxty Bread still used.

Boxty Bread still used. Boiled Boxty and baked boxty - that is the grated or mashed raw potatoes mixed with flour.

  2. The only thing done around here now is to catch the blood of the pig. The puddings or intestines of the pig are cleaned. Through the blood people mix rice and onions then the puddings are stuffed and boiled. Much nicer than bought puddings.
