    Place a hole in the trunk of a tree.
    Put in a live grass mouse. After seven years the bark when boiled and put into pigs' mash cures mumps & cramps.
    Bite of an animal-Take three hairs from it, rub on cut making sign of the cross.
    Mrs Mahen Lisnatulla, Ballinamore makes cures for cramps in animals by tying cramp rod on part affected.
