    This happened fifteen years ago beside our house.
    Peter Carroll and Patsy Looram was going home from Ballinagoe one moonlight night. They had hay in field cocks in Aughy Assa. There was a terrible storm blowing and they said that it would be better to go out and tighten the ropes. So they went across the fields to where the hay was and tightened the ropes. Now said, Peter we will sleep content tonight, for the hay is safe".
    They started for home but they could not find the gap because every where they went there was a cock of hay in front of them, so they
