  1. Food 16:2:1938
    The people had only two meals a day in olden times. The meals were oaten bread in the morning and potatoes in the evening. People worked for about an hour every morning before their breakfast. Then the oaten bread was eaten with tea.
    The potatoes were eaten in the evening with butter milk and salt. They had no tables in olden times. They used to eat their meals in the middle of the floor. They had no cups in olden times. The vessels that they used instead of cups was wooden vessels.
    Salt meat was used. Fish meat was used when ever the
