  1. (gan teideal) (ar lean)

There was an ould mill for grinding corn at a place called the Hill of the Rags to this day.

    (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)
never seen coming out of it. The house was built to keep him from frost and snow and rain. When his time was up he disappeared and never won saw after either in the house or in the hill.
I also heard that the priest put him for seven years in the tower of the mill and he was often seen there coming in and out, and in the latter end no one would mind him, and no one was afraid of him. Well when there seven years were up the priest came again and he knew that his time was not extinguished yet so he sent him for seven more years to the dead sea. After which he could depart from this life and go wherever he wishes.
