    wooden one long ago only the "blacksmith" plough. There were made by some blacksmith near home.
    Spades are locally bought in shops sometimes they make the handles themselves but they have to buy the iron.
    During the summer months you have to weed them mould them and spray them with blue stone and washing soda to prevent them from the blight.
    In October they are dug and stored in pits in the fields. These pits were made by digging a hole in the ground and when the potatoes are in ground, they are covered over with scráws and clay.
