Long ago the people used different food to what we use at the present day. They had about three meals every day, the breakfast, dinner and supper.
In the morning they usually did a few hours work before having a breakfast. For the breakfast they had porridge and milk and afterwards they had a cup of tea and some(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
