    Agmondisham Vesey, married secondly, a daughter of Captain Edward Pottinger, and had issue two sons, Agmondisham, who inherited Lucan and George who predeceased his brother. The second Agmondisham was a remarkable man, but was overshadowed by his wife, the famous Mrs. Vesey, the friend of Johnson, Burke, Fanny Burney and the Delaneys. She was a well known in london as in Dublin, and her salons in both cities
