They used boil this stuff and when it would be boiled it would be a yellow colour. This stuff then would do for dying anything they liked. Long ago the men used thatch the houses with lint, bent, rushes and stuff they used get in the mountains which was like hay. There used be a famous thatcher(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
