Ar an leathanach seo
- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)tops, and traps for birds. They make the spinning tops with buttons and thread. The bird trap is made from sally rods which are twisted into the shape of a square box. They put food or corn on the cage and when the birds see it they fly to get some. The boys have a stick sitting in the middle of the cage so that when the bird comes the cage will fall down and it will be caught.
In summer when the daisies are plentiful the girls often string them to make a necklace or bangle. They make dolls from cloth and paper and tie it with string. Then the sew up a nice frock and put it on her. They sew two small buttons(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
