    night at twelve o'clock she would not sleep. "All right" said the priest. "I will see you will not hear it anymore". Next morning when she got up she could not hear a bit. Then she sent for Fr. Costelloe to tell what happened and to ask him to give her back her hearing but he said once he granted her request he would not go back on it.
