  1. In the vicinity of Barretstown there is a graveyard adjoining St.Winifreds well. this graveyard has been closed over fifty years.
    There is a graveyard in Killashee, this yard was used long ago. The tombs and crosses can still be seen. no one has been buried there within the memory of the oldest person in this neighbourhood.
    There are many vaults and secret channels in this graveyard so that on that account it is rather dangerous to enter it. One could basically fall into the underground passages.
