Ar an leathanach seo
- Now a-days the people have more ways for baking bread. Long ago they made all wheaten bread. There was a big building in the townsland of Ansboro and they (mal) made a lot of flour there.
There was another flour mill at the bottom of the town owned by Mr Hanks. The one in Ansboro is now owned by Minch & Norton.
It is still used for malting. In the month of October or September the farmers bring in their corn into this mill. In olden times people (mak) made nothing but wheaten bread. When they put the cake in the oven they get a knife and cut a cross in the cake, The reason why they cut a cross(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
