  1. There is a ruin of a castle in the school it is about two hundred and fifty yards from my house. It was built by Gobán Saor. It is about 300 years old. It is in the village of Carrinlough and in the townland of Irishtown and in the parish of Kilvine.
    It was not be sieged or attacked at any time. There was no one foully killed. There is a ruin of a church in Kilvine.
    A Story
    It was Gobán Saor that built the castle in this parish. It belonged to the Blakes in olden times. One day Gobán Saor asked work in the
