    When my father's grandfather had toothache...

    When my father's grandfather had toothache he brought in a live frog and left him on his cheek.
    When children had "thrush" they went to a person that never saw his father and that person breathed three times into the mouths of the children.
    When my mother had warts she searched for a stone with a hole in the middle and filled it with water then she dipped her finger with the warts on it into the hole nine times.
    A seventh son or daughter has the cure of the ring worm or the burn.
