- There are two tailors in this parish. One of them is tailor Hope from Cloontia and the other is tailor Cowley from Bonniconlon. These tailors dont go from house to house since they got a sewing machine. When the clothes were made by hand the tailors went round from house to house to make them. They do not sell clothes to anyone.
There are some clothes in Bofield that were made be weavers. The women sometimes make trousers, coats and pullovers for wearing at home. The Sunday clothes are made by tailors and dressmakers.
