- It was the Arabs who lived in Arabia who first found the method of churning. They used to bring big bottles of milk with them every day when they were going out camping. With all the rattling the milk got, it changed into a substance which they called “butter”. Nowadays the method of churning is nothing new to the people. In fact no breakfast table is complete without butter on it.
